Return & Refunds
At Chelino Baby Store, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations — and that’s okay! We're here to make returns and refunds as easy and stress-free as possible for you.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging

All tags, manuals, parts, and accessories are included

You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty:

Breast pumps & accessories

Bottles, dummies (pacifiers), and teething toys

Mattresses and bedding
-
Toiletries and nappies
-
Clearance or sale items (marked “Final Sale”)
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the nature of the fault
4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

Email us at [support@chelinobaby.co.za] with your order number and reason for return

Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions

Ship the item back using a trackable courier (unless we arrange collection)

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange
5. Return Shipping Costs

Customer-initiated returns: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Faulty or incorrect items: We will cover the cost of return shipping or arrange collection.
6. Refunds
Once your return is approved and received:

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size or color), please contact us within 7 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
